OBS Studio doesn't resize things properly?

So I've finally been messing around with OBS Studio now that it has QS support (Woo!) but it looks like the program doesn't scale video down correctly for me. Instead of resizing the entire frame, it just takes the video size of what it should be scaled down, and crops that out of the full size video starting at the top left.

 

I pulled this from my test stream to show that it doesn't scale things, it just grabs the video from the corner.

Yeah, that giant set of buttons is all it pulled from my preview window. What do? Anyone else getting or able to reproduce this?
