Used Rampage V ?

Recently i stumbled upon an used Rampage V while i was looking for a MoBo for my 5820k (finishing the build). I was looking at the X99A SLI Plus or the X99S Gaming 7 from MSI and i saw the used Rampage V from Asus ofc. It's at about the same price as the SLI PLUS (about 250$ at my place) while the Gaming 7 is a bit more expensive. The Rampage V also has a 2 year warranty remaining. Would it be smart to go for that one instead of these 2? (The Gaming 7 is in this list just because I'd get a pair of Siberia v2 headphones with it for a bit higher price for the pack which compensates well).

 

Edit: I could also check the motherboard myself since I'm buying on my country's variation of craigs list. If i should go for it how could i see if everything works the way it should.

Make sure you have all paperwork along with the wires and shit when you buy it for warranty reasons. And obviously, make sure it works first.
