R9 390 question

Just a quick question on an R9 390.  Does anybody know if a single one could run triple 1080p monitors for some slightly older games like skyrim and fallout NV?  at some point i want to get a second one in crossfire but for now should just 1 work?  My last thread was a bit different but nobody answered so i have narrowed it down a bit to this.
