About my laptops ram

Im getting 16gb of ram on me laptop, is this compalatible? i currently have 11-11-12-28 4gb 1600mhz

The maximum memory your laptop can support is 1600MHz 16GB.

Most of the time, 1600MHz is all you need. Even if you get much faster RAM, if your computer cannot use RAM at faster clock rates, it will just downclock the RAM to whatever it supports. The RAM kit you selected should be alright for many laptops using DDR3.
