A possible scenario I may decide to make. If you're using one computer with fairly newer technology, say a few years newer (I think we're talking 22nm tech vs 32nm) and you're younger brother struggles to play the games they want on said slightly older computer would you swap with them because they are your little brother and you don't want to see them struggle to have fun?

There might have to be a few clauses in such an event. These are the 3 things I've paid for with my own money in my rig:

1. I would require the HDD+SSD since they have all my stuff. I'm assuming he can find a spare not in use or buy a new HDD cheap.

2. I must have the case back in the event I decide to begin work on a new build. It's the only ATX case I think we own or at least that I do.

3. He can keep my $25 CPU cooler forever as much as I've enjoyed having it.

Does this seem fair? Technically I'm only giving him 25 dollars + 35 dollars value temporarily, but I might be stuck with said weaker computer with little means of upgrading for possibly a year. I wouldn't be able to play Planetside 2 anymore for now at least, but he wouldn't have to occupy my computer in my room every time I get off of it just so he can get the best experience and so I don't have to wait for him to finish up every time I want to get on it.

What do you think?

Yes he is... in a way. IDK the budget. Mother said she would get him the parts if he got the good grades.

EDIT: I can confirm that it would be a from-scratch build from the ground up. This was one of my concerns  since it would be easier for him to upgrade my rig (in my sig) than to build from scratch.

I personally wouldn't give the little brother anything. It's your computer, why should you get his older low tier computer just because he's "struggling"?

Playing games isn't a right, it's a privilege, let him wait until he gets his "good grades" so he can have his new computer.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x / GPU: Asus Radeon RX 6750XT OC 12GB RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x16GB DDR4-3200
MOBO: MSI B450m Gaming Plus NVME: Corsair MP510 240GB / Case: TT Core v21 PSU: Seasonic 750W / OS: Bazzite

Actually they're both my computer. It's not like I'd be using his build because they're both technically mine.
