Sadly, you're going to need to be hugely more specific than that.

What particular model and configuration of laptop do you have, and what exact processor do you have lying around?

I don't think you will be able to upgrade it unfortunatly

Most laptop CPU's are soldered to the board, but you may be lucky

there is also a huge risk of making an error and for both laptops to be unoperational

I suck a typing, preparw for typos.
