Ark: Survival Evolved Server Help

Im running Ark SE Server manager to run servers for my friends. We ran into a problem though. We cant get the taming to work. We cant tame dinos, and i've adjusted the settings higher and lower but they dont seem to work. Is there a way to tame dinos without using the forcetame in admin rights?
