I didn't notice this, but I posted a topic a few weeks ago about whether my psu has enough wattage to power my system, or it's too crap. I discovered it was neither, as it was the 24 pin that was loose. I tried pushing it in, but it won't click into place nor will it stay in, what do I do?

Support the back of the board and push the connector in with more force, you can try and push down on the clip to make it a bit easier or wiggling it around.

there should be a tab to keep it in, if its not clicked means its not in yet

like w-l mentioned, support the back of the board and give it a good push

dont snap your board in half

I did, I even but hardcover books behind it, I applied as much pressure as I could, nope, not happening...

Try electrical tape? Or check either the locking pins on both the connectors to see if they are broken or loose.

Nothing is broken, both locking mechanisms are still on the plastic connectors

There isn't much to it as long as all the pins are aligned and not bent in anyway you just need to push harder so it clicks into place.
