Hello

I have a 4790K system with 16gb 2133 ram CL10.

I want to upgrade to 32gb of 2133 ram with CL10.

I use my pc for games, graphic design, 3D design and rendering, movie editing.

I checked on New Egg and I see ram with CL 10 and CL11 (Cas) , 1.6 volts and 1.5 volts.

I want to keep the best speed that I Can.  Will it make much difference between ram with CL 10 1.6volts, CL 10 1.5 volts, CL 11 1.5 volts or CL 11 1.6 volts?

I have a MSI Z97 Gaming 7 mb.  My ram is in XMP mode at 1.5 volts at 2133 speed.   My cpu is overcloced to 4.7 .

Absolutely no visible difference whatsoever, Ideally a CL10 would perform better than a CL11 but there is negligeable performance increase from it and really you could get a better performance boost by blowing on your cpu.

Is your current 16gb of ram taking all the slots in your motherboard? If not, I believe you might be able to just buy the same ram sticks and just add those to get to the 32gb you want. Just make sure to check if that's capable on your pair.

I thought its best to buy ram in a kit to make sure that it all works together?

So the voltage doesn't matter?   What do you mean by blowing on my cpu?

I'm saying that the difference is so small that the extra cooling by blowing on your cpu would give you a better performance boost.

The voltage only matters if you are going to attempt to overclock.

Get another 16GB set the same as your current and just shove it in there, you are overthinking this man.

Ok, I will look for it.

I am overclocking the memory I have in it now. XMP is overclocking right? I had to set XMP and choose 2133 in bios.  My cpu is overclocked to 4.7

XMP is kinda like overclocking but it's more about running the ram at the rated speed and timings.

I meant the overclocking thing as if you were to use lower voltage ram you would have more theoretical 'headroom' to apply extra voltage. Prettymuch nobody overvolts their RAM though considering stability goes down the toilet.
