X99 Sabertooth Problem

On the website and on box it advertise's it able to take gigabit Ethernet connection, but on my Ethernet status it's been bottle necked too 100Mbps

which NIC do you have it plugged into? Top port is the Realtek, bottom is Intel (assuming you have the mobo oriented upright w/CPU on the left). The drivers may not be installed for one or the other, double check that.

What trouble shooting have you done so far?

 

With dual port motherboards you can plug both port in to each other with a crossover cable and see if you're getting a Gigabyte connection.

Have you tried changing the cable, or tried a different port on whatever you're plugging it into.

 

Try this first before mucking around with software on the machine, if all else fails and you can confirm something else can get a Gigabyte connection on the same cable/port look at the machine.

Can also be a damaged cable.

Also which modem / router or switch are you connected to?
