GTX 970 Strix Crash

So! i went out got my self a cheap and used GTX 970.

Costed me about 80USD.

It works but! when i launch a DX11 game or just in genral something thats like a game and puts load on it the pc / card just crashes and says something about windows removing it.

Does anyone know how to solve it? Bios flash?
Had something like it before on a 580 when i installed the drivers the pc just rebooted works fine in windows and everything but a game in fullsreen makes the driver crash.
Not a driver problem! He had the same problem.

also yes its a GTX 980 on the pictures but its the same problem so didnt want to take new pictures :D
