So Im planning to buid a new PC for game recording and editing. Im pretty new to building my own and so wanna hear your suggestions.

Im from estonia and Budget is 1000EUR=1100$US

please include monitor as well

any idea guys?

The first build with the Xeon is probably the best way to go. You can look up the items on Hinnavaatlus, the price is more or less the same or slightly lower. :)
