ROM for S2

My mom needs a new phone, and I thought about giving her my old one but she never used any touch screen phone so I need a really basic and oriented to tech dumbs Android ROM, in the style of iOS so to speak.

Also not an heavy one since the phone is old.

cyanogenmod with a theme would probably be your best option. You might want to use a more performance oriented kernel as well since the phone is a bit old.
