I successfully managed to down lot my i7 4790k to 0.095 offset vcore but I realised that there was a parameter called CPU cache voltage. I have an extensive overclocking experience with AMD FX chips and I have never seen this parameter before. I would like to know what it and if I should undervolt it like the vcore parameter to help improve my thermals.

sounds like something you shouldnt play with. but i dont know too

Sure, you can undervolt CPU cache, but it will not impact your thermal load reduction in any measurable way.  The stability of the CPU cache will directly impact the stability of your CPU so handle your reductions in small increments with thorough testing along the way down.  Once you start getting instability, bring it back up a tad and then throw some memory intensive stressors at it to make sure it's solid.  I personally wouldn't bother with undervolting it.
