No that is pretty bad expecially with 75% max load. Remove your cooler and clean it then re-apply thermal paste.

I have an Anet A8 as my project printer and a i3 MK3 for when I want things to work. 

 

I extrude my own filament and haven't saved a penny yet.

Also, make sure when you reapply you don't use too much. Applying too much thermal paste can actually cause it to run hotter.
