960 vs 970

Gtx 960 4GB or 970 4GB for music production, photoshop, Little bit of video editing and gaming (games such as cod, rise of tomb raider, minecraft) ?????

Why is this a question? Obviously the 970 is better. I'd still get an R9 390.

Of course the GTX 970 would be better if price wasn't an issue. Especially when you mention Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Get the GeForce 6200LE

6200 is higher than 970

Depends on your screen resolution and refresh rate as well as how high you would like to turn up the details in-game. There are some pretty good deals on the 970 right now, but ultimately the 960 would do fine if you are staying at 1080p and don't mine turning down the graphics detail in some newer games.
