Hi, I just installed my new i5. I noticed my fan not sitting super tight like on my other Intel build(i3-2120 stock heatsink) And then I noticed my bios temps are 45-50 on stock heatsink and fan. Is this bad? Also, on start up, the fan will try to spin, then stop, and again, and again. But in bios it runs fine.

You will want to try reseating the cooler, but you have no thermal paste I suppose? Is this a stock cooler? My friend's 3570K gets 40-42C on it.
