Looks pretty well balanced... But for 1.1K I would move to the newer intel platforms or wait for AMD Zen to come out if you don't want to go with intel.

Wait for the new releases of AMD Zen, AMD Polaris, NVIDIA Pascal, and Intel Broadwell-E to see a fluctuation in prices, and the performance you can get in the current price you want to pay.

Then go for LGA 1150 or 1155!! Both are still better then most AM3+ CPUS and have a better upgrade path. 

An i5 2500k STILL beats out the FX 8350...
