Have this 2 gpu the same dimension? if i want replace the cooler of first photo on the second gpu is possible?

If not, its really unlikely that all the parts will line up.

If its the same card type. It can work

Check the back of each card. If they are identical, all the holes line up and such, it should work

Visually see if the screws on the back line up. If so, take off the coolers and check that the PCB has components in the same places.

If all that looks good, you should be able to switch them.

Yeah, crossfire would work, make sure you have a crossfire bridge.
