So, first of all, my PC is budget. I had to salvage a 19" Logik TV to use as a monitor simply because of the budget.

Now, for some reason, the resolution on the monitor is 1366x768 (according to websites - I can't find the box). Windows 10 didn't particularly enjoy this resolution and it ran at something completely off-target. so, after a bit of googling, I found that you can set the resolution (it had something to do with dragging a box to fit the screen), but my current issue is that I just installed a new Nvidia driver but it reset my resolution.

I can't remember what it ran at or how to get the aforementioned 'dragging box' method to work again, so I was hoping that somebody could help.

PS. After googling the resolution of the TV, I created a custom resolution using the Nvidia control panel but that didn't work

Nvidia control panel, adjust screen size in the left and then the second tab, allow resizing and off you go with the change size button.

TVs like that almost always lie about their real resolution. I have an off brand TV (Curtis), and it claims to be 1080p, but it is actually 1360x768. Check other resolutions and play around with it a bit to find the true resolution.
