Help with budget build

I need help with a budget build!

My budget is around 8000NOK including Windows 10 USB

Here is the website im going to buy from: www.komplett.no

The best I have come up to is a GTX 950 and an i5 4460

Going to use it for gaming

1-Why not skylake?

2-Can you show a list of the parts you managed to come up with along with the 950 and i5 4460.

1) good case, thats a really good PC case

2) BAAAAAAAAAAD power supply, dont overclock on it (i recomment the EVGA GS 550W)

3) decent cpu, motherboard, ram and gpu choices

4) BAAAAAAD SSD (i recommend the 850 evo)

5) meh dvd read/writer

6) bad cooler if you plan to overclock

all in all its a good package, some stuffs i would tweak about it though

Get a i5 6400 and a B150/H170 board. 2*4GB DDR4 RAM and drop the SSHD for a normal hard drive since your budget is already limited. See if you can afford a R9 380 4GB.

1) bad psu `-` you'll never find good psu in a package though, because they think we dont care about psu quality

2) o-kay cpu motherboard ram and gpu

3) still bad SSD `-`

also, you can get windows from other cheaper means

like G2A, subreddit microsoftsoftwareswap, kinguin etc etc

Just go for the cheaper one, most of the time it doesn't matter much.

Without Windows... 7.153 NOK and I found Windows on Kinguin for 29.99€ That's 280 NOK!
