What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Here's my suggestion. Don't get a locked CPU with a Z170 board and avoid lower end EVGA PSUs. Get the G2/GS/GQ/P2 series instead.
