GPU bundle or MSI gtx 970?

Hello everybody :) 

I have a question. My recent gpu broke and i now need a new one. 
I have 2 cards that is in my mind, but i want you guys´ opinions.

Card 1:MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4GB 428,93 USD
Card 2: ASUS GeForce STRIX GTX 970 SSD Bundle 485,02 USD
The strix has a hyperx 240gb ssd and far cry primal in it.

maxwell cards aren't great now that dx12 is getting mainstream

Ehh... hit or miss. Not all DX12 games run better on AMD.
