Application not found android 5.1.1

Hi everybody, 

 

After using a skin for a while I decided to switch back to the normal skin. But now there are over 20 apps that just display "application not found" (see attachments). I can't uninstall them or delete them in any other way. I don't know what to do with it anymore. 

Does anybody have a solution for this that doesn't require me to set my phone back to factory settings? 

 

I don't know if you need this information, but I have a Sony Xperia Z1 running android 5.1.1. It isn't rooted or anything
