Need help for a unknown issue

Go to solution Solved by Law,

THANK YOU THIS FIXED IT!!!! <333333

So for about a week or two now i seem to have a issue where when im in any game lets say csgo atm i will get into a game and have 50-40 fps and then if i alt tab out and come back a few times it will fix itself any idea on why this happens so far it happened on csgo, LoL, fallout 4, and rainbow six i have cleaned my gpu out (GTX 660) and done a fresh install of the new drivers custom and reset my nvidia settings to fix it but nothing? my card is not over heating and no signs of the card dying cause i never experienced artifacting. I honestly have no idea what it could be somebody said something about Stereoscopic 3D but i have no idea what that is i also did a custom install of the drivers and choose not to download any of the 3D drivers do to the fact i don't use them.

specs

AMD FX-8320 @3.5

GTX 660 2gb

8gb ram

1TB hdd
