Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro Help

Hi, I've recently bought the Custom One Pro and on the box it says, comes with remote & mic, I have the remote, but have no idea how the "mic" works. If I can get help I'd appreciate it, because I'm not sure if there even is a mic, I plug my headphones into the audio jack, I've tried mic in, but it doesnt work. Overall I love the headphones even if there is no mic for the amazing sound quality and comfort, but it'd help to know. Thanks.

you need to buy the mic extra. dont buy it though, i have it and its not good. if you want to hear a sample check out the video in my build log
