1-The FX 6300 is very old already, get something newer like a core i5 6400 or i5 6500

2-Also what is your full budget?

Around $2000 can go over but would prefer not to. I'll put together a skylake build now and see how close i can get.

Okay, seems fine then. The 650W PSU is a bit too much for this build, so you can save up a bit by getting a 550W PSU and 8GB is enough for many games so you can save up a bit here and upgrade later if you want.
