Socket 771 to 775 mod

Hi

 

Would it work to put a E5420 into a Asus P5QL ? on this website it says the P5QL PRO is supported but its also a other chipset (P45)

(http://www.overclock.net/t/1431723/mod-lga775-support-for-lga771-xeon-cpus)

So any of you guys had any experience with the P5QL?
