Hi, I'm a noob. I would like to ask how the HELL I would get rid of static if I've got these two painted components:

Where should I touch it? Should I give my case a lap dance or what? :P But seriously, what should I do with these to get rid of static?

You could touch the PSU while it is plugged into the wall (off, of course).

yes definitely

make sure you yourself is grounded while you get touchy feely with it

and with bare hands and feet

also, make sure you film it

 

or you can ground it by touching it with a wire and the wire is grounded

but honestly you should've painted the case with conductive paint, a case is sorta important to be grounded

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately
