If you want to buy a pro duo, then wait, obviously.  Otherwise if you want something that is already out, go for it.  But you've now mentioned 3 graphics cards that are in entirely difference classes and price ranges from each other.. so I'm not sure exactly what you're asking lol..

2000$ Budget what would be best to get price/preformance factor

If you can wait, then wait as long as possible, and then buy what's good on the market.
