Help. OP2 won't go boot initial logo.

Hello. I have a OP2 and when I tried to install the O2 marshmallow beta it just stopped booting and I can not boot into recovery either. I have tried going flash TWRP through fastboot but the command prompt says error can not open file. I would really appreciate some help thank you.
