So i recently bought a 980ti HOF and whenever i try to boot with the card installed, my PC wont boot or post. the card posts in another system and this one does with another GPU... i have tried updating my bios, resetting it, removing drivers, removing everything but the bare essentials and nothing works. I really don't know what to do at this point except RMA i suppose. Specs are in signature.

Try using another PCI-E slot on our motherboard.

Have you tried power supply if it gives enough juice? guess you probably have but i think you have to rma it then

PSU can run 780 lightnings in sli with no problem so i don't think thats it

I'm guessing that SLI is still enabled? Try disabling it and then install the 980 Ti

Ahh, i think it might be a card related issue then, maybe go for an RMA and see what results you get with the new card :P

Very Odd. Do you have another PC you could try it on? If you do and it doesn't work, then RMA it.

Problem is, the card works just fine in two other computers... just not in mine :S

Oh, then i might be a bios problem xD maybe updating it to the latest isn't the best option? try an older version if you're comfortable with that.

But honestly im not too sure what your problem is ;-;.

It won't hurt to try a different PSU.

Did you mistakenly press the "boot" button while installing it causing some anomaly on your system?

I dunno what happened, but i just got it to boot without doing anything but using a new monitor.. so now it boots sometimes. I still don't know what the problem is... also tried every bios that works with my CPU and the newest one seems to be my best bet
