Android noroot screen off Media Controls

Is there any app that gives Android media controls similar to old cyanogenmod where you can long press volume buttons to skip songs? Or a way to get ios style media controls on the lock screen without giving up fingerprint unlock?

 

Cause frankly, this sucks-

Has to be compatible with Marshmallow if that matters.
