Adaptive voltage questions

I'm setting up an adaptive voltage for my cpu because I've determined my stable voltages for stock speeds (1.0v 4ghz, 1.15 4.4)

 

I know how 'cpu core voltage offset' works, but I'm not sure how 'additional turbo mode cpu core voltage' works. Is it a voltage value like 1.150v, or is it affected by offset logic (-1.150v)?
