PC issues

i shut my computer down as usual everything was okay, i get up in the morning and my computer wouldnt turn back on. i bought a new PSU and still nothing, could it be the mobo and why would it just die like that when i wasnt using it

absolutely nothing speaker doesnt beep its as if im pushing the on button on an empty case

@DylanFrench, have you tried plugging the PC into a different socket with a different cord?

in that event is your power button broken? Try to turn it on without the power button

yes, i have tried other sockets and also multi boards

Is the power button lighting up your MOB or is the light on your board?

this is a brand new case i just bought it yesterday, also i connected my old case power button to the mobo to be sure it wasnt the button, even though i just spent $340 on a new case and id expect the on button to work lol

there is no light on my mobo only on the power button and its not lighting up either

I see you have power button on your MOB try boot is up if it boots up it you case wiring.

what do you mean power button on my mob. i tried jumping the power switch pins with a screw driver is that what your talking about?

Yes some MOB have power button so you don't have do that.

A) the power cord needs to be metered to see if it PSU getting power.

B)Test the new power supply on a different MOB and see if is PSU or meter it out and check the power switch is on the PSU.     

C) MOB has gone to heaven.

Oh right. Tbh, I wasnt expecting a reply cuz it is a silly comment from me lol. I feel sorry for you with the $40 phone though. I have a £50 phone though and it is great. 4.5 inch screen and 5 megapixel camera too. I love it.
