Blue ray without riplock which limits ripping speed

Greetings,

 

I'm shopping for a blue ray drive that does not have riplock which limits speed while ripping.

 

Does anyone know of a reliable drive that has no riplock or can easily be removed?  If none are easily removed I would consider a drive with riplock which is difficult to remove.

Not sure if mine has riplock or not.. it is pretty fast at ripping though, pioneer BDR207DBK.. I have been on a few forums and the newer version 209 seems to get good reviews
