PC Shut down Problem

when i shutdown my pc ....the display goes off but the fans,leds, and motherboard power button,reset button stays on.....they dont go off...after sometym i force off my pc by holding the power button of the pc....then it goes off.....after getting off... it doesnt get on easily...i have to turn on and off power supply switch many time...then it turns on

 

but this problem isnt so often ....i faced it only three times in a week...but last tym it took so much time to get on....i need help....

I think u r right....because my time also doesnt stay right......it becomes late...

then you might have to replace the cell battery

it might be out of juice
