Razer synapse problem

Hello! I have razer mouse nad keyboard and i used the synapse so far in order to use them as i wanted but for the past 2 days when i try to open it, it opens and then it closes instantly i tried to reinstall it and even repair it through the installer but nothing has changed

What should i do?
