Yeah, just go for a 980ti

Hey,

 

So i would like ur opinion. I want to Update/Expanded my build. Tips are welcome. I want to SLI on my GPU. and get the max out of it. Would this work ?

It would work but I'd avoid SLI altogether since it can potentially give you a headache with the problems associated with it (microstuttering, games not utilising it properly).

 

Either sell the 970 and get a 980Ti or wait for Pascal/Polaris (I'd go for the latter).

Tough choice, though for now if I was in your shoes I would sell the 970, buy a 980ti and keep the 3770k.  It's generally better to have a real good single gpu than 2 lessor cards...

 

To get the most for your money anyway, upgrading from a 3770k/ddr3 to a 6700k/ddr4 is a lot of wasted dollars.

quick question isnt the  970 SLI better than the 980ti  on my resolution ?? im playing at 1440p. playing games like Raibow six siege and GTA 5 ?

It can potentially be a little quicker, but the problem is that in games that do not support sli, it's not going to be.  And there's a lot of scenarios where your 2nd gpu is just going to be wasted.

i'm pretty sure sli will give you a lot of problems, a great single card is better then a good sli
