hey guys I'm a nerd in need of some help I'm building a pc its my first I've spent 700 pounds on it ,it has a r9 380 a 4096 gb graphics card its great for 1440p gaming but I have a Piled river FX-8 Eight Core 8370 Wraith Edition clocked at 4.00GHz but its very so with one window open I've ran tests but I cant find the problem can I have some ideas Bering in mind everything else works

It's very what? Loud? Hot?

Athlon X2 for only 27.31$   Best part lists at different price points   Windows 1.01 running natively on an Eee PC

Please recheck what you wrote. Is it Slow?
