I want to game at 4k/60fps (primarily on GTA 5). I want to get a 2nd 980Ti for that reason. But AFAIK the release date for the Pascal GPUs are around June/July. Should I wait for Pascal GPUs or should I get a second 980Ti?

well u already know its coming out june/july

so wait till then if you can

if nvidia does the same thing with 900 series release, where the x80 beats the (x-1)80Ti

then you can grab 2x x80 cards, or grab a cheaper 980Ti then because the used market is gonna get flooded :P

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Considering nobody has any idea what the actual performance is going to be like, this isn't really something that could be answered.

If I were you I would just get the 2nd 980ti right now, but that's only because I think it would be a cheaper option than buying 2 x80's when they are released.  If you aren't concerned with cost it could be in your best interest to wait and see what the new gpu's have to offer.
