Guys please help...... My internet is soooooooooooooooo weird! It keep disconnecting mostly when I'm gaming I don't know why.... I've "Refresh" my computer but still it's happening. I don't know since when it happened but it's Annoying.

And also my ping is Keep rising up and down sometimes it's >500 ping and then it came back to normal, it happened again and again. SO please guys, help.......

Check it on other devices, to see if its a pc or network issue

I tested it on my phone but, I'm not sure about it. I guess it's only on my laptop. But in theory if my ping is fluctuating it's a router problem. I've tried to upgrade the firmware but, I was unsuccesful.

The ping runs from the device to the router to the target back to the router back to the device, it could still be the device other wise intranet pings wouldnt be a thing

Can your try hardwire to the router? It may be an issue with the laptops module or the router. Also try running a virus scan and removing any torrent clients.

Sorry, ethernet is the only diagnostic. Except there might be one solution possibly. Do you have hamachi or any other networking tools installed? If so, uninstall them and see if the problem is fixed. Just remember not to unistall important networking drivers. And for the free Antivirus, I just recommend running windows 10 on your laptop. Comes with a solid antivirus pre-installed.

Ok. If you have cable (Which is a type of Internet Service), you should have your wireless router and another box "Modem" connected to eachother. Do you have that? And how did you determine your conclusion that the wifi/router is the issue?
