it needs to be fairly easy to make fine adjustments with and it should have some thumb buttons and a trigger, thats about all you NEED, you probably want  some way of controlling throttle tho, either on the joystick or separate

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

if you can try it out then yah, you need to be able to make small movements with it  basically, thats all :) mine can do that but i know of ones that have problems with it, you want if to be fairy light to move around or atleast just not super hard, because then it will take more force and then its easier to over do your motions :P

this is what i have, the thing at the bottom is a lever i use for the throttle, its pretty good, it has plenly off buttons too and its pretty easy to move. try to get something like this. the model is a Saitek ST290 Pro if you were wondering, its pretty cheap and plastic but also pretty good for the price if you can find one used.
