CS:GO Skin Question About Workshop

Alright so I'm developing a skin for CSGO (It's no where near finished), but I'm 17 and I am wondering what would happen if my skin did end up getting greenlit and appearing in the next case, would Valve still be able to give me the certain percentage of the profit considering I'm under 18 or would I just be SOL?
