Question about Virtual Machines - Mac

Really new to this, I want to have a Virtual machine on Mac so i can have programs that Win10 doesn't offer.

How do I boot into Mac OS? Can I do it on the Desktop on Win10 with a shortcut? Also, IF i plug in a USB Device will Win10 Detect it or will Mac detect it, or Both?

Your post is confusing. What do you want: OS X to run in a virtual system with Windows as the host OR Windows to run on a Mac with OS X as the host?

This isn't possible. OS X doesn't run inside of a virtual host, and Apple has designed OS X to only run on certain architectures. If you want a Hackintosh, you can see Linus's video, but don't expect to have any luck on running legitimate OS X in a virtual machine.

It all depends on the base structure and the host machine. Compatibility with OS X in a virtual machine depends on OS X compatibility with the base hardware. You may have luck getting a good install, but I wouldn't count on it. Remember, that is technically breaking the EULA. Apple states in the end user license agreement that OS X may only be installed on Apple's hardware. If you're willing to take this risk, you can try, but unless you have a motherboard, CPU and video card (it should be a reference design card) that are compatible with OS X from a Hackinosh standpoint, it's probably not going to work.

I followed that video a few months ago in an attempt to get Mac OS X working in a VM and it kind of worked but I had a lot of issues. The primary one was graphics performance there was no driver for it so I had a 800x600 screen with zero acceleration, it wasn't usable. It took me a day or two to actually work the issues through to get it to that point and then what I got was rubbish.
