it's AT LEAST as efficient...i don,t see how and why it couldn't be...i think broadwell is also on the same process node so maybe THAT is as good or better...but haswell hell nahh...

5700HQ looks to be the way to go.

On a side note, AMD's 7th gen mobile APUs are coming ahead of all "U" processors in terms of CPU and iGPU at the same TDPs. Though the HQ versions are still vastly superior
