What's next for my old OEM PC upgrade project?

I have an HP Compaq PC that I got for free from somebody who was about to trash it anyway.  Here are the specs:

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 651

CPU Cooler: Some old Cooler Master fan

Motherboard: I have no idea what chipset it is, I tried software as well as just looking around on the board and online, it's an HP of sorts

Memory: 1GB DDR2 (pretty beast, right?)

Storage: 80GB 5600RPM

Video Card: Integrated Graphics that make me sad

Case: Stock case but I plan on changing to another Micro-ATX at come point, maybe even make this into a super compact Mini-ITX project

Power Supply: 300W HP PSU

Other than dedicated graphics what should I invest in next?

Planned out parts for the future for anybody that cares

Spoiler

CPU: Intel Pentium G440

Case: Fractal Design Node 304

CPU Cooler: Gelid Solutions Tranquill Rev. 3

Motherboard: Asus H110I-Plus

Memory: 8GB DDR4-2133

Video Card: Asus Strix GTX 950

Storage: Seagate 7200RPM 1TB HDD

Power Supply: Aerocool 500W 80+

Without a new PSU you won't be sticking any new GPU in there in the near future.
Do you plan on going in steps or just save up money?

Ok, so ... That CPu was introduced 10 years agop.
You will have to get CPU, Mobo and RAM at once since you need every single peace of those to work together becasue they are not interchangable between generations that are so far apart.

80GB of HDD storage is also barely usable. Since this can be interchanged without any other dependacies(as far as I know) I would do it first.
I am not sure about you "gaming PSU" choice btw. It looks shiny and is marketed as gaming blablabla which is usually not the handwriting of quality parts.
