More pins than DDR2

Compatible from LGA 775 to LGA 1150 MoBos

Higher latency and clock speed than DDR2

Most people use DDR3

Quite cheap nowadays

Needs more volts than DDR4

 

DDR4:

More pins than DDR3

Compatible on LGA 1151/2011-3 and up

Higher latency and clock speed

Quite a new standard

More expensive

Less voltage and power consuption

Athlon X2 for only 27.31$   Best part lists at different price points   Windows 1.01 running natively on an Eee PC
