Side panel not coming off

Hi, I have a Corsair 100R (windowed case) the side panel behind the mobo tray is not coming off

Have you guys had any issues with this at all?

are your cables pinned under it super tight?

I haven't built it yet. gonna be building later and I want the side panel off

Or does it have a retention clip on the back?

are you sure you've got the screws out?

 

sometimes things are factory tight and you just need to keep at it.

yes i loosened the thumbscrews

Are you able to post some pictures? I'm a visual person so I can usually help better if I can see what is actually being worked on.

If all the screws are out push down on the edges of the side panel where the clips are holding the panel and give it a good old yank to slide it back.
