Comp not booting past bios?

Just uninstalled ai suite cause it's garbage and kept my cpu fan running 100% at all times and now after a reboot my pc won't boot past the bios screen and won't enter bios either?

Took out cmos and put it in after 30+ sec but didnt work even after i replaced the battery with another
